I’m Shanna Motley, a REALTOR® with Tyler Bigbie Homes at Keller Williams Tuscaloosa. I’ve called Tuscaloosa home for more than 15 years, and as a University of Alabama graduate, I have a deep connection to the community and the people who call it home. I also grew up on the Gulf Coast, giving me a lifelong connection to the coastal lifestyle and Baldwin County.

I work with buyers, sellers and investors throughout Tuscaloosa and Baldwin Counties, helping clients with everything from first-time home purchases and relocations to investment properties, condos, lake homes and second homes.

As a University of Alabama graduate, I also have a special connection to the UA community and enjoy helping families looking for homes, condos and investment properties near campus. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me enjoying the outdoors, spending time with my French bulldog Darla, or taking advantage of everything Alabama has to offer.
